ACCOMPANIMENT
Educational accompaniment, mentoring and supervision of work teams
The Department of Language, Culture and Education gained eduQua certification in 2002. The ILI School and the Lifelong Learning Workshop that was set up and activated in 2002 to provide a space for theoretical reflection on education in our social context and to guarantee continued training for ILI teachers, depend on this Department.
Our choices of method dialogue with our values, with the science, and with changes in the social and cultural world. The educational implications of these reflections is what is conveyed in our teaching practice.
ILI workshop activities in support of lifelong learning
The ILI Workshop organises individual and group meetings for educational accompaniment, mentoring, and supervision of work teams, in support of lifelong learning, both in its own premises and in different professional contexts.
To date, the ILI Workshop collaborates with various public and private organisations in Ticino for the continuous training of their employees.
All activities are designed by listening to the different situations and analysing the specific training needs and interests of the sector and context. Each path is designed and developed as an ad hoc teaching design.
Activated proposals include:
- Coaching for individual and group learning processes
- Development of trainer-trainee relations
- Classroom management and motivation
- Diversification of online and in-person teaching tools and techniques
- Support for reflection on your own learning style and animation
Coaching service for skills validation (FSEA)
The ILI school designed a package of 7 hours together spread over the preparation of documentation according to the Competence-Resource Model (Co-Re) from module FFA-APF-M1 to module FFA-APF-M5.
The total cost of this service is 950,- and includes 7 in-person (or online) meetings as needed and depending on the pace of writing/commitment and workload, specific reading and suggestions for each point analysed, overall view of the necessary documentation, further didactic and bibliographical insights.
It should be noted that this coaching does not guarantee passing FSEA validation.
